All generators are mechanical pieces of equipment and we know at some time your generator will break down on you. Allied Generators will be there to help out. Our experienced generator technicians and inside support staff have the knowledge to get you back on line in the shortest time possible.

Unmatched Service Technicians: We are the oldest residential generator dealer in the Midwest. Our technicians are certified in most generator brands. As a company we make sure out technicians are up to date on their certifications attending an average of three weeks per year of classroom training.

Our technicians only work on generators. Most residential service shops use electricians or other unqualified employees to service generators. Allied Generators' technicians service 2-5 generators per day-allowing them to know the equipment inside and out.

Flexibility to Match Your Needs:

Allied Generators provides customized planned maintenance programs. Like any other equipment your generator power system needs periodic maintenance to keep it in top condition and ready to operate when the utility goes out. The middle of a power outage is not the time to find problems in your system. Allied Generators offers maintenance programs tailored to your specific needs and budgets.

Allied Generators has two Preventative Maintenance plans to choose from:

Scheduled Preventative Maintenance: A scheduled maintenance is a set time to have our generator technician come out to service the unit. This allows you to be there with the technician at a time of your choosing.

Unscheduled Preventative Maintenance: This is a more flexible version of the Scheduled Maintenance. We service the generator when we are in the area allowing us to be more efficient with our time. We then pass the savings back to our customers.
